On this seed, you can find both a village and a desert temple near the same river. While you could reach both through more direct routes than by the river, Pocket Edition doesn’t have coordinates to help aid in navigation. To ensure you don’t get confused or lost, I’m going to give you a river tour instead.
Minecraft PE 0.15.X Seed: -1357293812
When you spawn the river will be on your right. All you have to do is follow the river forward. You can either just walk along the river on the desert side or ride a boat. However, the river does break up into land for a short stretch before returning to the water. Keep that in mind if you take the time to craft a boat.
The Desert Temple
If you chose to walk along the river, you’ll be able to see the desert temple to your right eventually. If you chose the boat, you need to look for the lava pool on the right side of the river, partially embedded into the riverbank. Around that point, you can get out of your boat and go up the slope to find the desert temple.
This temple is half buried so you can either dig down to the door or just go through the hole in the ceiling. Below the purple clay in the center of the floor you can find the four chests full of items. Try to retrieve them without setting off the TNT below the stone pressure plate. You’ll find enchanted books, gold, iron, an emerald, and one diamond for your effort.
After you’ve loaded up on the goodies from the temple, you can return to the river to continue on your river tour. As I mentioned, the river breaks up at one point, but if you keep going you’ll come to the water again. You’ll find a desert village where the river meets the ocean.
This village doesn’t have a blacksmith to loot, but you’ll still be able to find plenty of villagers to trade with and crops to keep yourself from starving.
I hope you enjoyed the short river tour. Keep exploring for yourself, and maybe you’ll find even more worth looking at!
